Renault Launched Kiger Facelift 2025: Gives Details of Expected Modifications

The SUV market has always been dominated by strong contenders. Originally launched in 2021, the Renault Kiger is going through its first major facelift in 2025. This is the first major update, and it is expected to gain the market’s attention towards Kiger. Styling and Exterior of Renault Kiger Facelift

The Renault Kiger will continue with original dimensions, but when looked closely, there are updates made in the styling of the SUV.

The bumper looks more sporty and wider; it has been sculpted to give a muscular appearance. The head lamps look sleeker, and the fog lamps are also made of LED, which improves the style of the SUV. 

The SUV will come with 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. At the rear, there are LED tail lamps that are C-shaped and a skit plate that is usually seen in SUVs. Overall, the exterior has been updated to look fresher and to stand out in the competitive market.

What’s new in the Renault Kiger Facelift?

The interior will look somewhat similar, but it will feature improved materials with soft-touch surfaces. It is also expected that a new colour theme will be chosen for the interiors and dashboard. 

It will come with an 8-inch touch screen that will probably connect with navigation, music,  and apps, and might also have a digital instrument cluster for key riding information. There will be a 360-degree camera to keep you aware of the surroundings and to facilitate parking.

The ventilated seats will enhance the comfort of both the passenger and driver. The interior will be enhanced with ambient lighting to look more modern and set the perfect vibe for the journey. 

If you look at the safety features, there is a possibility that Renault will add 6 airbags to the SUV. Isofix Mount will be available in more trims and variants to increase the safety, and the framework and build quality will be improved.  ADAS features are not yet confirmed in the facelifted version.

Renault Kiger Engine Options and Mileage

Renault Kiger continues to offer the following engine options:

1.0-litre petrol: It will produce around 72 PS of power and around 96 Nm of torque. It will be paired with a 5-speed MT or AMT transmission.

1.0-litre Turbo petrol: It will produce around 100 PS of power and around 160 Nm of torque. It will be paired with a 5-speed MT or CVT transmission, which will remain E20-compliant. 

The mileage is expected to be the same as the original version. It will deliver a mileage of around 20.5 km/l in Manual and 19.03 km/l in AMT. 

Renault Kiger Facelift 2025 Price

It is expected to see a rise of around ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 in the price of the facelifted version, which brings the ex-showroom price of Renault Kiger to stand around ₹6.5 lakh to ₹11.5 lakh.
